Change your Eye Color - colored contacts for eyesIf you want to change your eye color, there's no reason to limit your choices to merely blue, green or brown. Colored contacts for eyes now come in striking shades of purple, gray blend, honey, turquoise, sapphire, hazel and amethyst. Naturally light eyes can select Pacific Blue, Caribbean Aqua, or Sea Green. Remember, though, your original or underlying eye color will probably show up slightly behind your colored contacts, so any images of colored contacts you see online might not be entirely accurate for your eyes. Before you commit to a new set of colored contacts for eyes, make an appointment for a trial run at your ophthalmologist first. At a popular retailer's online, there are three different types of colored contacts for your eyes. The first is Opaque Extended Wear Color Blend, which combines forces with your own natural eye color to create a new shade. The second, Opaque Extended Wear Color, changes your natural color into an entirely different shade. Both of those can be worn overnight if you wish. The third type of colored contacts for eyes is Freshlook Dimension Contacts, which only add color to very light eyes. Even if you have 20/20 vision and do not ordinarily wear contact lenses or glasses, you can get colored contacts for your eyes. It's still a good idea to have your eyes checked prior to purchase, as well as learn how to clean and take care of your contact lenses. Other things to consider: You might notice a slight blurriness to the side of your vision when you first put in your colored lenses. But if you're willing to put up with that slight inconvenience, new eyes await. And don't it make your brown eyes blue?
